When describing the type of designs I really enjoy creating, the phrase "intentional beauty" comes to mind. The word "beauty" seems obvious, because everyone appreciates a piece of work that is pleasing to the eye and truly stunning. However, I pair "beauty" with the word "intentional" because a design should be developed with and for a specific purpose. My goal as a designer is to create projects that are not only excellently rendered, but also communicate the unique audience and goal of the project.
