Each year, an identity is created for Liberty University's Commencement ceremonies! It's an exciting time of year, as many graduates prepare to celebrate their achievements and enter into a new chapter of their lives. As lead designer on this project, I was tasked with developing the identity for Commencement 2023. This year was especially unique as Liberty celebrated their 50th graduating class!
My goal was to create a style that best represented the professionalism and academic excellence of Liberty's graduating class, while also supporting the overarching brand of Liberty University. I also chose gold as an accent color, and modified Liberty's Presidential seal, to highlight and represent the momentous occasion of the 50th graduating class. Enjoy!
